Opening Times

The offices of the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority are open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Fridays.

Kindly note that the end of the financial year will be Friday 30th March 2018. As this year this falls on a public holiday, namely Good Friday, our counter for licences will close at 5:00pm on Wednesday 28th March 2018. Therefore, any payments received for the renewal or issue of licences after this date, will not be processed until the first working day of the new financial year, Tuesday 3rd April 2018.

Information on how to make a complaint concerning broadcast content is set out in our Procedures for Handling of Complaints which is used to investigate any breaches of Codes of Practice in Television and Radio broadcasts. All broadcasters in Gibraltar must ensure that their output is compliant with the law and with the GRAs codes and standards.

- If you think something you saw or heard on local Radio or TV was not compliant with our codes and rules you can make a complaint using our online complaints form.

- If you think something you saw or heard was factually incorrect giving rise to your honour or reputation being impugned, you can request a right-of-reply under the Right of Reply Scheme.
