ON-LINE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURES
The Gibraltar Regulatory Authority introduced on the 4th November 2016, new complaints procedures.
The main aim of these procedures are to streamline the process. The Authority is required to encourage and ensure that all television and radio services comply with the broadcasting standards and provide adequate protection to their audience from the inclusion of offensive and harmful material.
The new on-line complaintís form should allow the broadcasting audience to quickly and easily lodge a complaint.
