BROADBAND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

The Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (the “GRA”) published on 14th December 2017, a report on the results collated from the Broadband Customer Satisfaction Survey which was carried out by the Communications Division during the second quarter of 2017.

The survey was primarily conducted using an online digital form and face-to-face interviews at various locations throughout Gibraltar. The purpose of the survey was to obtain the opinions of residential subscribers on their experience as broadband users in Gibraltar.

Globally, the broadband market continues to grow as availability and download speeds increase. As a result, the local broadband market has undergone significant developments recently as reflected in this survey.
