AML Consultation
The Gambling Division of the GRA are currently consulting the Gibraltar gambling industry on industry specific arrangements for anti-money laundering and terrorist financing procedures to be included in a code of practice. The consultation document has been drawn from the Gibraltar Government's Crime (Money Laundering and Proceeds) Act 2007 and the European Parliament's Third Directive on Money Laundering.
