Gambling Division incorporated into the Ministry of Finance
The regulation of the gambling industry in Gibraltar no longer falls under the remit of the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority.
The staff of the GRA's Gambling Division has been incorporated into the Gambling Division of the Government of Gibraltar. The new Division, coming under the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner, will deal with both licensing and regulatory matters.
