Opening Statement

The Satellite Division is responsible for looking after the interests of the satellite industry, representing the Gibraltar satellite operator(s) at meetings and ensuring they comply with the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) Radio Regulations and any other international obligations.

The Satellite Division also assists with co-ordination of over 30 satellite locations filed by the UK administration with the ITU on behalf of SES Satellites (Gibraltar) Ltd.
