COMPLAINTS - ROYAL GIBRALTAR POST OFFICE

The Royal Gibraltar Post Office (“RGPO”) was designated as the universal service provider on the 17th July 2013 and has an obligation to provide simple and inexpensive procedures for dealing with user complaints.

If you wish to complain about any services offered by the RGPO, in the first instance you will need to contact the RGPO Customer Care Officer:
