In order for Public Sector Bodies (“PSB”) to comply with the accessibility requirements, they must better understand what Accessibility is and how they can contribute to the improved inclusivity which people with disabilities may enjoy if they are able to fully participate and make use of essential digital services, via PSB websites and mobile apps.
