Having considered again all the responses provided by the Gibraltar Liberal Party and the Gibraltar Broadcasting Corporation, the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority ("the Authority") has today issued its final Closure Statement following the re-opening of case reference TBI/1/GLP/GBC/2013.
This latest document overrides the Authority's Closure Statement of 18th April 2013.
