ADMINISTRATIVE NOTICE WITH RESPECT TO COMPLAINTS MADE AGAINST THE GBC IN RELATION TO BROADCASTING MATTERS
This Notice is issued in accordance with section 13(1) of the Broadcasting Act 2012 and sets out the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority’s remit in relation to complaints made under section 62 of the Broadcasting Act 2012 against the Gibraltar Broadcasting Corporation in relation to its discretionary powers with respect to broadcasting content.
